We want you to love your Jones Road products, but if something isn't right, we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be gently used or in their original condition.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Indicate whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different shade or product that better suits your skin tone.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original box or a similar mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and process your return, your refund or exchange will be issued within 5-7 business days.
